Jim Lilley opened his real estate agency in downtown Caloundra in 1966.  Even then the area was a popular destination, attracting holidaymakers from the whole of Queensland and other Australian states.  The growing interest in buying and developing property led to the establishment of seven real estate agencies in the small town of 6,000 people.

Over the years most of those agencies have disappeared and been replaced with newcomers.  Now the second-oldest realtor in Caloundra, we take pride in our long-standing heritage in this community.

Though Jim himself has retired, the company still staunchly maintains the highest standards of friendly customer service for which it became famous.  Licensee principal Steve Jenkins and his staff will be happy to discuss your property requirements.
